Chelsea and Megan first met when they were assigned as roommates attending CSU, Chico. Eyeing each other's guitars, they sat down and figured out harmonies to the song "Remember You" by Sara McLachlan. They liked what they heard so they began writing together. They wrote their first songs on the floors of their dormitory hallway. Their songs were rich with harmonies which impressed fellow hall mates. Soon the popular feedback got to their heads and they starting writing seriously. They stumbled upon an opening riff for Tainted Angel and followed through to formulate their best concert song. This song alone got them their first gig at a local café after it made the music coordinator cry. They play religiously at the campus open mic nights, as well as coffee open mic nights as often as possible. Through inspiration from breakups to your mom jokes they have written and co-written over fifty songs and have dreams of making it to the big time.
